Questions and Answers: Expanded Recall of Majestic™ High Chair

Why has the recall of the Majestic™ High Chair been expanded?
Evenflo is expanding the recall of the Majestic™ high chair announced in December 2008 to include all models produced between January 23, 2007 and December 31, 2008, because, after the December 2008 recall was announced, it received a significant increase in consumer claims associated with screws and pivot cap hardware on the sides of the high chair releasing, thereby posing a fall and choking hazard to children.
